The technical survey record includes all of the technical documents required within the scope of a rental agreement or a real estate sale (decree no. 2006-1114 of 5 September 2006).

It is the seller’s responsibility to attach it to the undertaking to sell or, failing that, to the official deed of sale.

It includes :
