In case of a loan refusal, you must inform the seller who will reimburse you the amount of the indemnification for immobilisation you paid to him/her.

Dear Madame or Sir,

I’m sorry to have to inform you that despite the commitment I made to buy your property situated (specify the address), I was unable to obtain the amount of credit required for the purchase.

Because the suspensive condition of sale was not fulfilled, and as provided by the Consumer Code, could you please reimburse the indemnification for immobilisation I paid, in other words, the sum of € (specify the amount). Please find here enclosed, the copy of my loan refusal.
