Dear Madame or Sir,

I took out a real estate loan with your institution on (specify the date). As article L312-21 of the Consumer Code allows, I would like to reimburse this loan before maturity.

In consequence, could you please provide me with the remaining amounts due as well as the amount of the indemnity corresponding to unmatured interest as provided in the contract.
