L’immobilier 100% entre Particuliers does not keep personal data for any longer than necessary for the operations for which they have been collected.


The specific time at each processing is as follows:


-          For managing Users' accounts:


  • For the entire duration of the registration and activation of the User's account.


  • Beyond this:


  • For 3 years from the closure of the User's account for commercial prospection purposes.
  • For five years as proof of contract under the Civil code.
  • During the time provided for and the provisions in force for data kept under legal obligation.


-          To manage Users' requests formulated in the "contact" section":


  • 3 years from sending the form. It may be extended with the User's consent beyond this duration if the User wishes to continue to be included in the contact files of L’immobilier 100% entre Particuliers.


-          To improve the services offers by the Site, the management of files and relations with Users (customers or prospects) and Users' information for information purposes.


  • 3 years from the last action of the User through the site or with L’immobilier 100% entre Particuliers or the last response of the User to a solicitation by L’immobilier 100% entre Particuliers.



  • 1.       User's rights:


The User is informed that, in relation to the personal data concerning them, they dispose of a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, a right to limit processing, a right on the portability of data, a right not to be subjected to an individual computerised decision (including profiling).
